✓ The exceptional friendly and helpful staff, especially on check-in and in the dining room. The cleanliness of the room and facilities. The shower in the ensuite bathroom, instant hot water and good pressure. Able to park the car at the entrance door to the room , no need to unpack the car on an overnight stay. Also good security. The lovely neighborhoods....see picture.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. Staff super friendly.

✓ Pet friendly rooms which were very neat and clean and not out dated.

✗ No food options for Vegans and on the Vegetarian side very little to choose from other than a salad and toasted cheese.

✓ The room is spacious and neat. I enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long drive! Convenient to eat at the restaurant on the premises.

Excellent location, very clean.

✓ Very clean. Shower warm and working. They did also accommodate my 2 working dogs. WiFi only worked for a bit. I phoned and the lady said I must just switch of the phone and then on again. Didn't worked, so I left it at that. I needed to do work on my laptop and couldn't.
