✓ The furniture.
✗ Booking promote the Tower 44 as if it is in Luino, which is a comfortable lively small town on the lakeside. In reality, Tower 44 is in Colmegna, a hamlet more than 5 km from Luino, half way up in the middle of nowhere. It is very difficult to reach it. For sure to reach it you must have a car, better a small car, because the street is very narrow and dangerous. Nothing to do with a stay in Luino.
