✓ The room was nice, comfortable and clean, but it wasnt as it appeared in the booking

✗ 3 floors without an elevator can be tricky if you are wearing a bit suitcase

✓ It is a magnificent place to come. The room was great and warm , its important as it often rains here. Breakfasts are fantastic. Location -perfect, as close to the downtown as to the seaside. I travel too often and seldom want to return but this is a place where I want be back one day. Many thanks.

Wont come back

✓ Breakfast was good. There are some nice restaurants nearby which serve tasty sea food.

✗ I had come from Hamburg and I did not have a corona test with me. The staff sent me to two wrong locations for a schnell test . Both centres were closed. Cuxhaven does not have many test centres and its really not easy to move from centre to centre by bus as transport is not regular. I was very upset that the staff did not seem to care that I was struggling to find a test centre. I was completely shocked at the poor customer service and uncaring attitude by the ladies at the reception. When I called up and told them every test centre I had been to was shut , the lady on the call actually laughed at me. I think the fact that I am non German has something to do with behavior.
