Nice place to stay

✓ There are 2 independent guest rooms in this apartment. The bathroom is shared but this is not a problem - clean and spacious. Minibar with water and soft drinks in the room makes the welcome really warm.

✓ Property owner was very helpful & made us feel very comfortable in her home. It was very clean. We appreciated that she thought if every little detail that we might need. Muy Bien!

✗ Maybe softer pillows would be nice!

Amazing

✓ Amazing place to stay in San Sebastián! Maria is an amazing host, makes you feel very welcome at her house. The place is incredibly clean! Also, there are several extra's to use as coffee, tea, free water bottles and snacks. The room has everything you need and the beds are very comfy. And the location is perfect! I would definitely come back.

✗ It can be noisy on the streets at nights, but I slept with the balcony doors open to get fresh air. But I slept through it with ear plugs.

✗ There was some street noise at night, but this is to be expected in a busy town like this.

✓ We had a fantastic stay at La Casa De Maria and the host Mertxe was incredibly firendly and helpsome. The room was nice and clean and it included slippers, bathrobes, beach towles to borrow while there. Complementary drinks and snacks where also included. The bathroom and shower is only shared with one other room and it was at all times clean and delicate. The location is very nice with about 10 minutes walk to the the old town and the beach.

✓ Personal touches and a very attentive host. We were greeted by Maria, who showed us around. The room had a balcony, a mini fridge stocked with free drinks. There was lots of space and towels for the house and beach towels too. Maria has planned the layout perfectly. Free coffee and tea in the hallway. A shared bathroom that is kept sparkling clean.
