✓ As it was very close to my friend’s house, I chose this hotel to stay.

✗ They forgot to charge two nights that I had stayed for, so I had to go back there to pay for one more night.

✓ Staff were friendly. It was very clean. It was affordable and a decent sized room.

✗ Breakfast was not included in the price and we had to wait a long time in the queue to check out.

For family of 6 and 2 childred in need of 3-4 rooms affordable overnight oportunity

✓ Convenient for an overnight stay as close to the motorway (autostrada exit Ospitaletto) Free parking and no additional charge for small dog

✗ All rooms above ground floor and the information on elevator in the building is misleading, as this is the "service elevator". When we arrive with wheelchair absolutely no assistance to get up steep stairs. Information - I speak Italian - that elevator was out of service, was incorrect: In fact, the staff just did not want to empty their sevice elevator at 09:30 PM, nor take laundry out of the way. Even then on 1st floor various steps up or down on the same level.

Air condition not working - terrible grumpy staff

✗ Air conditioning not working - the room could not cool down even after hours of air conditioning on. Told this problem to the staff: he was annoyed and simply said "give it time". Result: the room temperature was always above 27 degrees.
