Great location, comfortable room
✓ Central location, right on Piotrkowska Street, the shopping city center, and a 25 minute walk to the Łódź Fabryczna railway and bus stations, and within walking distance to several tourism sights. My room was the right size, had a bathroom with shower, a TV, fridge, and electric kettle. The staff are great.

✓ Extremely friendly staff, beautiful building, great location, comfortable and clean rooms. Especially the well equipped kitchenette. Would stay here if I come to Lodz again, you're right in the heart of everything.
✗ No lift - not an issue for me but perhaps for some.

✗ We arrived 30 min before check-in being soaking wet after riding in the rain, yet there was no mercy from the staff and had to wait on the dot to check in. The room was on the high 4th floor with no elevator. No air conditioning and no real possibility to cool down the room temperature. Room was dusty. We had to ask for toilet paper as none was to be found in the bathroom

✓ The location was exceptionally good. We could get a cocoa drink or a coffee for free each time we went to the lobby. The staff were pleasant. They changed our room when we didn't like it.
✗ The rooms weren't cleaned. There was an insect we couldn't get rid of. We weren't expecting that there was no elevator - all those stairs!
