Good stay for the value
✓ we had the unit where two rooms are connected and shared a living space. The rooms were clean and they provided some snacks, coffee and soft drinks. In-room hot spring water.

✓ Hot spring water in the room bath tub, and very nice hot spring pools of the hotel. Great rooms and perfect service.

✓ The location was great! Very close to the bus station and also very close to where we needed to be later that evening for an event. The bed was comfy and loved the bathtub in the room.
✗ I felt like for the price it was lacking in many ways. The facilities were just okay. The gym was very minimal and small and the spa was also not very impressive. I’ve seen better spas in the public pools in Taipei. They offered no room service options, which I don’t even normally use, but for the cost of the room I expected more bells and whistles. Especially since the food options nearby are very limited. Overall, and incredibly average stay for about 3x the price. The couch in room was also a little bit dirty.

We do provide the Pick Up Service from the airport as cost as NT$3000/one way. Somehow, the Tai-Yuan airport also provide the direct shuttle bus to JiaXi. The station is only 2 mins walking time from the Hotel Valletta. Thank you

Hi, there is no need to book a separate spa suite as all guest rooms at the hotel have hot spring baths. In addition, guests can use the spa free of charge.
