Fabulous location staff and amenities

✓ The property was fabulous staff were friendly and helpful they provide a shuttle service to go into Kata Beach

✗ The walk up the hill to the property however they provide a shuttle service every hour to take you up and down

Was a beautiful outlook and staff were lovely but feel could have been much better with more attention to detail and cle

✓ The view from our villa and beautiful pool area

✗ The breakfast much the same choices every day and only Luke warm unless ordered omelet or scramble egg. Disappointed in food we ordered at lunch and probably would have eaten in more if was a better standard

Overall it was ok..

✓ They have a taxis service to the beach that was great.

✗ One water bottle had been open from the guests before and I got charged for that. It only had a small amount taken from it.

The room that have bathtub are Honeymoon suite and Junior Suite .

Can we book one room with 1 King size bed and one Couch-bed for 3 adults. Or is that not allowed? We would book for 4 days. We need no extra bed the couch is fine. Will that be okay?

Yes , you can booked for 3 person with sofa bed but we would recommend one extra bed for extra person as adult the sofa is good for children age 2-12 year old.
