Trouble Shooting Booking.com
✓ This is the second time, I have arrived at a location that I have booked on booking.com where I have arrived at the location and there is NO record of the booking what-so-ever! That is very disconcerting as a customer of booking.com. The check-in at this location took over 30 minutes while the attendant seriously tried to find the booking. I had to run to my vehicle to find a paper copy of the booking; this should not have happened at all. Luckily, I had arrived at a time when there was not a rush of arriving guests. This was a business trip, I could have been "out on the street" if the attendant had not gone out of his way to assist.
