Agia Anna Studios is 100-metres from the famous sandy beach Agia Anna. It offers rooms with private balcony, free WiFi and air conditioning. Daily maid service and free private parking are provided.
✓ Breakfast was fine, it was a short walk from the hotel.
✗ Water pressure at times was an issue in the bathroom so flushing the toilet was a problem at times.
✓ The location of the studios is perfect and the big terrace was a plus. Even though the rooms were disappointing, they kept it really clean and changed the sheets and towels regularly. Also, it has a big parking lot. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional. Really delicious and lots of options.
✗ First, the rooms were not as shown in the pictures. The pictures were from the other, better looking rooms. It looked like a studio for 2 people, but they just put another double bed and made it for 4. The kitchen which is a small part of one of the two rooms, was fine for its size and what we needed but there were no plugs in the wall to plug the water cooker or any kind of electronic device to charge. There was only one at 2 meters high to plug the tv in the whole room. This was made aware with the owner, but nothing was provided. We bought an extension cord ourselves. The bathroom was decent, but no working fan for ventilation and it floods a bit from showers with the short shower curtains and slow drainage. Nothing to do with the accommodation, but there were so many mosquitoes and this didn't help our opinion of the place 🙂
✓ Basic but considering the price it was as expected. Close to beach, restsurants, mini-market and bus station. Nikos was very helpful. Very clean. 30 minutes by bus to Naxos.
✗ Needs a bit of maintenance on all the cupboards. None were closing properly. The studio had 2 single beds instead of a double.
✓ I would like to mention that after arriving I was greeted courteously by Nicos who patiently waited for our ferry arrival just before midnight. Throughout the stay he was absolutely lovely, informative and ever so helpful. Nicos made the stay at Agia Anna a wonderful experience. He is a true professional and an asset to have him.
✗ Prior to our arrival we sought clarification to our studio. Their inability to be precise was evident in all responses from Alexandra, Anna and Adela and indicated total luck of knowledge. It wouldn't surprise us that the answers came from a team of people who had never seen the studios in reality and were totally clueless and yet rude and unhelpful. After several attempts we gave up and nearly cancelled our booking. However, we decided to turn up and see for ourselves what studio we ended up having.
✓ Mrs Evangelia was the best hostess one could ever ask for! Always helpful and with a smile. She has loads of tips for you from things to do to where to eat to traditional Naxian delicacies. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was cleaned every day!! We had our doggie with us. I immediately felt upon arrival we had to do with animal lovers! A 3-min walk to the beach, marina, rent a car offices, restaurants, laundry, bars, and mini market; but quiet nevertheless. We had a fantastic night's sleep! In short, book your holidays here and trust Mrs Evangelia to take care of everything! Thank you!
✓ I loved everything of the place, simply but clean, Greek style. Perfect location, 100 m from Agia Anna beach, very nice. The lady at reception was really kind and friendly. I was there for a friend's wedding and she gave me a lift to the venue of the wedding. And they let me to do a late check out. I enjoyed staying there and would recommend it!!

✓ Great location just a minute from the beautiful beaches and restaurants of Agia Anna. The little studio apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. lovely views from my window and terrace with shutters to keep the light out from the morning sun. Hot shower, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette. I had a daily free breakfast at the lovely Santa a beach bar just down the beach. Breakfast was an egg, greek yogurt, fresh juice, bread and cookies. I loved the place so much that I extended my stay. Will come back!

We do not have a shuttle of our own but we can arrange a transfer from the port or airport with an extra cost of between € 15 and € 20 per route. The same price applies to/from the port.

Dear guest, our accommodation has on the ground floor room and for a walk-in shower inside of the room, most of the rooms have it.
Studio rooms are the most convenient to accommodate a party of three. In case you wish to be all rooms next to each other, that would be possible by booking all 3 rooms studios. In case you choose standard double, the extra bed will be foldable.
