Chalet Falorie

Great value for money!! Nice location, apartment and facilities.

✓ The property has underground parking which is great considering there could be rain/storm.. The property is close to the city center and has a nice view to the mountains. Bed was comfortable and living room and kitchen area was big enough to accomodate 4 people. Kitchen is well equiped.

✗ There was a small issue with the shower, water was flooding the bathroom and we had to be really carrefull, but that was not a big issue.

Poor

✗ Location to far to the center if you chose to walk a 40/50 minute walk. Arranged to meet for the keys at 3pm. A number of calls were made and finally someone turned up an hour later. Tax had to be paid by cash. Mould at base of shower. Not enough toilet paper for 4 adults. Main bedroom very small. Very noisy overnight as located by a main road.

Disappointing

✓ Spacious parking garage, close to Cortina (either with bikes or car), nice easy going contact (via WhatsApp) who also handed over the keys. Keep in mind the apartments are close to main street, so with open windows it is loud (fine for us and also okay if windows are closed).

✗ Looks nice on pictures - reality is overall cleanliness is low, especially the couch was dirty and uncomfortable, kitchen missed properly sized cooking pot to make spaghetti (for one person okay). In total overpriced for the offered apartment and we would not come back.

✓ There is a super wonderful, helpful person who makes your stay unbelievably pleasant. Her name is Wannee and i can not thank her enough. She was absolutely the best contact person who was ready to help us 199% !
