Great location but felt the overall condition of the home could have been much better.
✓ Location.
✗ Accommodations could have been much better. Furnishings were inadequate and well overdue for replacement. Microwave didn’t work and the outdoor grill on the rooftop was simply disgusting. Master shower temp control knob was not properly secured. There was also unkept areas in the garage that contained used paint cans and other debris/trash.

✗ The dishwasher didn’t work had to wash dishes. Was told it needed a part but they never came back to fix it. The grill on top roof was not working . Cushions on outdoor furniture stained and cushions for lounge chairs were badly ripped and stained, management came and removed them. Size of house was great for my group but was disappointed with things not working:(

Hi there! We do have an elevator in the rental. However, it is a small home elevator. So, we require all guest to be able to use the stairs in case of emergency, or disfunction of the elevator. As it is a special amenity that we do not guarantee.

Hello, When the reservation is booked, we charge a first night deposit plus taxes and fees. Then the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. If a nonrefundable rate is purchased then we charge the entire total when the reservation is confirmed.
