Great value for money considering location
✓ Great value for money considering the central location in Osaka, with easy access to Shin-Osaka station where the Shinkansen departs (~10mins on the Metro). Lots of food options around there too!
✗ The facilities in the rooms are quite old and the rooms are small. Fine for a stop over for a couple of nights.

✓ Close to Shin Osaka Station. They had smoking room initially but immediately changed to non-smoking room when I asked. I also enjoyed completely breakfast.
