The elegant Hotel Rundeck enjoys a central location in St. Anton am Arlberg, a 5-minute walk from the Galzig cable car. It offers a spa area and free underground parking. A delicatessen shop is located on site.

✓ 1,.The blond hair lady at the reception (Andreea) was very very helpful - she helped with my requests (mini-fridge in the room and kettle for hot water on personal medication). She also recommended nice places to visit around in my short 2 day stay...; 2. Very modern room 3. The breakfast was rich in options, and the tea was excellent (Sonnetor brand)...one of the best according to my taste. 4. Location: close to the train station 5. Spa (very large one!) and gym area (treadmill, bike etc)
✗ 1. I staid in the room 223 (the 3rd in a row from the street). Noise from the outside traffic was disturbing even with the balcony door closed. That was the most annoying thing; I needed rest...and I managed to get it only late in the night. I understood that the reason for heavy traffic is that there is some tunnel under reconstruction which will last throughout 2024 as well, and all the traffic is rerouted on the street in front of the hotel. I staid there 2 nights, and in the second night it rained heavily. The rain noise covered the sound from car traffic for a while. When it stopped it was noisy again. To temporarily overcome this situation I plaid some video on youtube with rain sounds. The room would not be suitable for long term stay at all. The best probably are the rooms / apartments placed at the back side of the hotel (with the view to the hotel Alte Post) - so not those oriented towards the main road/ train station. 2. Lack of day curtains to the windows. There were only blackout ones for the night...., but during the day once those put aside, the windows would have no protection for privacy.
✓ Very welcoming ,friendly hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, great location for ski lifts and in the centre of the town. Staff only too happy to help. Amazing breakfast buffet!
✗ Nothing, sorry we had to leave!
✓ location friendly helpful stuff cat of the owner :-) generously big rooms style of the hotel cosy sauna guests are just great :-)
✗ bed and pillows were uncomfortable
✓ Perfect location, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, and a fantastic staff. Manuela was so attentive when checking us in, as was the rest of the staff throughout the entire stay.
✗ Everything was fantastic, no complaints. We paid a lot for the room, but I think that's a reflection of the location.
✓ 2nd stay at this hotel and always greeted by friendly faces and staff Rooms are modern and comfortable Breakfast variation is exceptional Offers secure parking Offered a guest ticket to take a ride the cable car to the top of the mountain (Velluga)
✗ We were out of season so very quiet in-town
✓ The hotel is a spa/hotel/conference/dinner extravaganza. If I had been staying a few days, there were many things to keep me busy and entertained. I was only there for a night, so I didn't use the facilities much. Close (walking distance) to many restaurants, and also a couple of large grocery stores. Again, I didn't use them, but could be handy. I liked the bottle of mineral water in the room, but left the Pringles for the next occupant. The desk staff spoke good English, and were helpful finding eating places.
✗ I bet there are some huge rooms in the hotel. Mine was odd shaped and I don't know how they got the furniture into the room. There is a television (I have no idea if it works, or not) on a shelf. I christened the shelf at least 3 times with short, new names, as I bumped my head into it. Sitting on the end of the bed, I stood and really bashed the shelf. Not a good place for tall people.
✓ perfect location in the center of town. close to the main ski lift, high street, train station etc. the staff was just amazing, very friendly and very helpful!
✓ Everything was superb, I couldn’t fault anything
Coffee, tea and any other drinks you can order at our bar area against a fee. Kind regards Andrea
