Traumatic and dissapointed
✗ The staff most specialy this racist SOMNAT is so rude be careful! They kick ass in the middle of the night genuinely me and my frend dont know that visitors are not allowed they should have Told us in a very nice way not kicking us in the misdle of the night like a dog so heartless the rate is so high we dont understand why visitors is not allowed hotel design to meet and greet not to be racist! Yes we are trans thats why we book hotel not appartment for privacy! We pay even the rate dsnt fit its rate very small room for high rate and yet u r racist! We are tourist we are paying we dont stay for free to be treated this way i hope u take action for this they said police is down we should leave when i ask what is our violation they said they recieve complain from police when i ask show me the complain they show nothing! Just bcos the rate is high u will just kick us so you can give our room to others? Its so unfair in our country nothing like this racist rules! How if u visit philippines and our hotels there treat u the same? We are so disaapointed we visit india to enjoy and have surgery and this is what we get! Its so traumatic and horible experience i hope it wont happen to any other people again! No one deserves to be treated this way! Atleast u let us sleep for one last night then ask to leave nicely so bad experience!
