✗ Bed a bit on the hard side (seems to be a Japanese theme I’m finding when staying at or less than 4 star accomodation -eg my cater to local cliental I would suggest. Individuals rooms have a/c but hotel doesn’t appear use any in common areas - so very warm in hallways and the general reception /foyer area - very open foyer shared many floors with businesses -

Great for 1 night airport stay.

✓ Breakfast was a big selection which was nice but quite average in quality; nothing to write home about at all still a perk to have a big breakfast before a long flight. Location is great to get to the airport. Shuttle service was a big help.

✗ Room was okay, very spacious but it felt quite "used". I way prefer hotels where you keep your shoes off after the elevator, feels way less dirty then half the city floor being wiped on to the carpets. Hopefully they look after the hotel better in the future.

Not a hotel to stay for leisure. Only good for catching early morning flights. The local/town is out of No where.

✗ Beds are hard and our 3rd and 4th beds are rollout style beds so are kind of narrow. The room is in bare minimum. Carpet smells damped. The comfort are worse than the Days Inn. They are in old dark polyester cover. Pillows are tiny and flat. The outside of the hotel looks fancy but the rooms are old and look like they have not been update since the 80s.

Good place to stay to catch an early morning flight the next day.

✓ Conveniently located a stone throw away from the metro station Izumisano which is 2 stops away from Kansai International Airport. 7-11 less then 5 minutes walk away. There is a large Supermarket opposite hotel less then 10 steps away. Next door is another drug store where you can do your last minute shopping or buy any souveneirs you missed earlier. But not a tax-free store. Room for 5 people was spacious. Plenty of wall socket for all to use. Free airport shuttle. We reserved the earliest shuttle at 5.30am upon check-in. The next morning, bus was waiting at the hotel entrance at 5.20am. So don't be late. Smoking room available at the end of a few selected floors. Vending machine on all floors Spotted a luggage weighing machine on floor 16 when I went there to smoke. Not sure if it is available on other floors.

✗ -No coffee provided in the room. Just green tea -Most restaurants in the vicinity close early. We wanted to get dinner at 8.30pm but the restaurants were closed or closing. However, there were several izakayas (drinking place serving snacks) that were still opened but all were full. We ended buying bento boxes in 7-11 as our dinner.

✓ Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location which is near the train station and shuttle bus service starting from 5.30am which is perfect for travellers who are going to take morning flights.

✓ Convenient location for travelers arriving/departing from KIX. There are ramen restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Regarding my room, it was spacious and offered a great view of the city.

✓ The large room size made having to share with a friend easier. We had the top floor and the view was lovely. It was a quick walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the free shuttle service to the airport. The artwork and decor made the hotel very attractive. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

✗ A noon time airport shuttle would have been nice.
