Overall, I say it was fabulous only because of the service in every department.
✓ We always stay at this particular property due to the intensive staff. Warm and welcoming. Norah the assistant front desk manager was the go to man. Always there to help including the morning breakfast servers buggy drivers. I’m always so happy with 10star service here.
✗ The rooms are getting old needs updates. Needs a refresh from hardwood floors to dirty worn out shredded ends discolored towels that they use to make pretty elephants on the bed. First thing I see for a 5 star pool villa, I do not appreciate seeing. The pool could be way cleaner from Outside to inside. Rusted broken when looking over the side of pool. They have way older Villa and some are newer. Never know what you’re going to get. Rooms need more updating. For the price we deserve better quality for five star pool villa.

Beautiful bungalow with amazing sea view from the own pool
✓ Very friendly and efficient reception, helpful room service, good and fast buggy service to and from the bungalow (especially if bungalow is far from other locations), big and nice rooms inside the bungalow, big terrasse and great pool with a fantastic view over the sea with amazing sunsets. Once you should try the tasty floating breakfast in your own pool.

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., check-out time is 12:00 hrs., however we do have changing room and luggage room for early check-in and late check-out guest at free of charge
