Friendly, clean and warm, but no lift and meager breakfast.
✓ - friendly and helpful staff - air conditioner and comfortable beds - clean
✗ - it was not mentioned anywhere during reservation that there was no lift and I was traveling with a senior with disability. Staff was accommodating and shifted us to first floor, still it was difficult and I would have asked for a room at ground floor or somewhere else if I had known this beforehand. - Breakfast was very meager, one slow coffee machine for all guests, few options in small quantities, which one guest alone would take and others would be left looking.
