Disappointing

✓ Very very close to the central area, coffee shops, touristic places. Many restaurants aroubd as well as a great 24/7 bakery ( worth every penny)

✗ Definitely not as pictured.. the room was constantly damped regardless of wether the AC was on or the windows were open (a very small one). The linen, bath towels and hand towels were all 3 different shades of beige-whites (a little bleach goes a long way- they felt used and unwashed/ poorly washed). It's a good place if you just want to sleep there, but keep your standards a little lower as the photos don't really match the actual rooms

Good accommodation for a short stay!

✗ We only stayed 2 nights if we were here longer it may have been an issue but the back room with the big bed got so hot and uncomfortable at night as the air con was blasting on the front beds making them cold. Also the restaurant above was quite loud.

Perfect for a couple of nights.

✓ Very easy check in, accommodating our late flight time. Comfy beds. Air conditioning worked well. Water on the fridge on arrival. Good location, near everything you needed but not too close.

✗ The man was very accommodating on the first day, saying he could help us with anything. However when we went down the next day to ask for a taxi to the airport, he said it would be €40 and we had to give him the cash to give to the driver. When we went down to the taxi company down the road it was €25 - he obviously was wanting to keep some of the money to himself.

Pleasant

✓ The place is really well located if you want to be in the heart of Fira. It is very close to everything. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and comfortable and it was all clean! The communication with the host was really good and he made sure we had everything we needed.

✗ The only thing I would say is that the rooms are not very modern, but it is ok as they are big and they have air conditioner (very important!) and in our room there was only a small window on top, so there was not very much light during the day, but as we were outside all day we did not find it as a problem. Also, it is a bit noisy at night, but that is expected considering that it is at the heart of Fira.

✓ Location was nice, very close to the centre. Everything needed was in the room, but it was a bit small.

✗ It was hard to find because Google Maps points out the wrong location. After we called the owner helped us find it.

We loved our stay!

✓ Perfect location on the caldera near restaurants, shops, bars, and public transportation. Our host, Yanis, was great. They will store your bags if necessary.

✗ Rooms need to be updated.

Lovely room in a great location!

✓ Amazing location! Right in the middle of Fira, and near the bus station! The room was super comfy and clean! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was awesome! The staff were super nice and let us leave our bags after checkout while we waited for our ferry! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

✗ A little bit loud at night! But not the fault of the property as it is situated near restaurants!
