✓ Nice simple rooms, great location, grounds well maintained, nice pool

✗ The bed was moderate to hard. But it was alright, I only stayed one night. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. It hadn't been cleaned. Underside of the toilet seat was definitely not cleaned, nor the lid.

✓ The hotel is really nice, near the city center (Chaweng), near the airport and near the beach. Although near of everything that can make a lot of noise, it was very calm. The room was clean and very well equipped and very cosy and large. The swimming pool very nice and clean. The beach accessible by foot with a beautiful view. Personal was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional (Both the reception staff and the cleaning and maintenance persons)

✗ Only one "negative" point was that I've booked for 7 days and the personal told me that the chosen room was only available for 6 days. Therefore, I had to move for the last night which wasn't very confortable for me but wasn't that bad at all. (I had even a better room for the last night)
