✓ The staff was excellent. very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very nice with a great view.
✗ Everything was great especially the staff. They are the most helpful and friendly team. However, I was not able to sleep because the room was on the 1st floor and it was very noisy as you hear the traffic and noise outside. In addition, the air conditioning in my room was not working, so it was very hot. The staff did try to reset the air con twice but it still did not work.

✓ A very nice hotel with a beautiful roof view to the old city. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great. WiFi worked OK. Parking lot was very close and large. It took only some 10 min to walk to the old city. Everything was OK.

✓ not much. The breakfast staff was particularly friendly.
✗ A convention hotel that wasn't very accommodating. They gave a room facing the parking lot and when asked if we could have one in the other side we had to pay an additional 25 euros. We asked them to open a bottle of wine that we had with us to drink in our room and they wanted to charge corkage. Not a welcoming place.

Great location, fabulous staff/customer service, good sized rooms
✓ The location was great. It is just a short walk in to the old town of Ostuni. I stayed there for 8 nights as I also did a 5 day tour with a local guide and I used this hotel as my base. The room was nice and spacious and I had a view looking towards the old town which was lovely, especially at night when it was all lit up. The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace/restaurant which had very nice meals and the staff there are fabulous. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of hot & cold foods. Travelling solo, I felt very safe walking in to the town in the day and also at night where there are many restaurants and shops. All the staff at the hotel were so welcoming, friendly & helpful.

✓ We loved the location and the spacious parking. Ostuni in general is an amazing place and if you rent a car you can travel very easily to the neighboring cities. Hotel's location is perfect for someone who rent a car and within a walking distance from the city center - maximum of 10 minutes away. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacious and clean. We loved our stay there!
✗ The breakfast could be better- it had a lot of pastries and fruits which was great, but we would like to see more of local food, and more options with eggs, crepes/pancakes, and vegetables.

✓ We booked the property thinking there was a pool. There is no pool associated with the hotel. Our stay was great but we felt misled by the advertising when we learned the pool was associated with a different property. Hotel staff offered to book us a pool for 10 euro a day at a property ten minutes away

The train station of Ostuni is 3 km far from the Hotel Monte Sarago, reachable by car or by bus. There is a possibility to arrange the taxi with an extra charge.
