Dirty, unfriendly staff, tv or charger ports didn’t work.
✓ Honestly the only thing that was acceptable was the bed and the pillows.
✗ It was dirty, they did not vacuum the floors, the tv didn’t work, the charging port next to the bed didn’t work, the breakfast was very skimpy. Typical powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast and like a plate of bagels. One waffle maker. The front desk staff was very unprofessional. Was not greeted with a smile or positive attitude. The staff was talking crap about another staff member right in front me. All around. It did the job for one night.

Overall it met my expectations. Could improve in a few areas.
✓ Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. King Deluxe Room was a good size. Internet worked surprisingly well. Especially with my Roku.
✗ Pillows were soggy and too soft. TV was EXTREMELY OUTDATED and was on its way out. Horrible picture quality. Lines at top of LCD; indicative of TV about to crap out. Little to no hygiene products supplied. One dinky bar of soap.

✓ Staff went out of their way to accommodate all guests. The owner operator is an extremely considerate and involved business owner.

A great stay near Houston
✓ The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and exactly as I expected. All room facilities worked well. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. It was a peaceful stay.
✗ The internet did not work on the first day of my stay, but later on worked well. The hot water provided at breakfast was rather warm than hot.

✗ The towel rack is inside the shower. The waffle makers at breakfast need to be clean so to prevent the waffles from sticking.
