Not worth the $
✓ Location was great, right near Cafe, central park, restaurants and shopping. View from the main bedroom was amazing from the 42nd floor
✗ Room was an absolute disgrace, black mould in bathroom, water damage in multiple places. Pics did not show this apartment at all and it shows why
