✓ The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good and you could walk to the beach, marina and attractions.

✗ We paid for one deluxe room, but this was the same as the standard. The rooms were not close together. The rooms were not ready on arrival, There was no bar, nowhere to buy snacks or drinks in the evening.

Cozy

✓ It's very near a mall and about 10-15mins walk from the beach and the beach shops. Food was awesome! Breakfast and dinner was great. So much choices that caters to adults and kids alike. Opportunity to eat at their sister hotels. It's like hotel hopping. Place looks homey. Simple cozy rooms. Casual atmosphere.

✗ We came at a time where it happened to be purim and there was a sailing competition for kids. So it was pretty noisy during our few days of stay. We were mostly out but meal times were noisy and crowded. Good thing though it tends to quiet down during sleeping hours and most of the noise were concentrated on the pool area and lobby. It's populated mostly with families with several children. But when the holidays and competition was over before shabbat, it quieted down and the pool was closed for maintenance. We were told about one of our breakfast meals being held at their sister hotel in front of them during one of our stays but not the dinner which was a block away. Had to ask around and look for the other sister hotel besides the aforementioned one. Although the other hotels had also wonderful meals, not knowing where to go and being pointed at the wrong direction by some of the staff of the sister hotels was a tad annoying. As much as we did like the place so much that we extended our stay and rebooked, the different room where we ended up staying during our last night didn't have toilettries.

✓ Breakfast was great and the location was very convenient. Staff was kind and helpful when needed. Room was clean, but not sparkly clean as I would expect from this level of hotel. Definitely recommend overall.

✗ we ordered a queen bed but we got saperated beds for the first night and they move us just for the second night after we asked and the told us that in the first night they are fullybooked and they cant move us even if we did ordered it before
