The location of the property served the purpose of visit and it’s worth the value of money.
✓ Location was great. In front of the port (5 min walk). The view from the balcony is amazing. Giancarlo was so helpful and kind. Our visit was mainly to travel to Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ischia and Capri. So the property was in prime location plus very close to SpanishQuarter.

The best in town
✓ Giancarlo is a great host. He wait for us to show us the studio and explain everything to us even though our flight was delayed. He was able to help us with an early check in. The studio is amazing an has an incredible view of the Vesubio and the ocean. Best view in the city. We have everything we need in the studio. Breakfast was amazing. Giancarlo gave us the best tips for restaurants, tourist attractions, coffee, etc.

Fabulous
✓ The studio is very well located, it's spacy, it looks exactly as the photos. Very light, with comfortable bed, good isolation and quiet air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The room is cleaned everyday, which is especially important for longer stays. The building itself and the area around are safe. Historical center, opera theatre, a very nice supermarket Grangusto are within 10 min walk. From the window you see the sunrise and huge cruising liners come and go!

✓ Although we didn't get to meet Giancarlo in person, he was in regular contact to make sure we had accessed the property easily and everything was OK. Great location, just down a side street very close to the Stazione Marritima. It was easy to get into the property and get the keys. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and also the Alibus to and from the airport stops at the port.
✗ It is not possible to leave the air-conditioning on when you are not in the property (the key for the electrics cannot be detached from the key-ring) but everything else was fine.

For the kid there is a separate bed not a sofa bed. About the width of the double bed are all 180 (just in one room there is one of 160). My kindest regards
