✗ I stayed there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was not working from time to time. The staff were very attentive to this issue and found solutions as soon as I asked ie. arranging a fan and lowering the temperature

✓ Looked for something cheap and simple for one night. Good location. The pool area was great for socialising, the happy hour a pleasant surprise.
✗ There was only one traditional bathroom (everything in the same room) for 8 people to share. The only window opened onto the communal hallway.

Nice stay, helpful staff
✓ Staff, specially Monica was very helpful. Big thank you for keeping my luggage there. Rooftop pool was nice. Self check-in & doors' working with bluetooth key helped me a lot as I arrived there midnight. There was great summer vibe on terrace. It was clean and organized all the time.
✗ Some bathrooms didn't have hairdryer. Though I could borrow it from reception.

Unfortunately not but there is the Parking Escuelas Pías at 5mn walking from the hostel. We have an agreement with this one : 20€ for 24H and you pay proportionally. We will give you a ticket at the reception.

Usually access to the rooms starts from 14:00 - 14:30. Unfortunately, if you want the bed before, you would have to pay the previous night as well. I'm sorry to have to give you this news.
