Great location and facilties are good.

✓ Loved the pool area and pool party in the evening, food and drinks resonably priced and location to Universal is amazing. Being able to use express pass and early entry is fab.

✗ Rooms could do with updating, Shower over bath with a curtain is outdated and not needed. Rooms weren't as clean as I would expect them to be.

✓ Hotel its self was a nice relaxed vibe, pool lively with a decent Dj.

✗ We went over for a night to take advantage of the express passes but the whole experience was overshadowed by the hotel taking the cost of the room twice off our travel card so currently still over $850 down
