Good location but poor hygiene. (2 rooms apartment)

✓ The location was good. There are a lot of attractions nearby.

✗ Probably due to poor ventilation, there are flies and drain flies in the bathroom. Dust at the windows of the bathrooms and also bedrooms.

✓ 1. Able to switch from apartment to 1 twin and 1 executive suite after finding the earlier one in poor condition. 2. water pressure for shower is high and temperature good 3. sofa in the room is comfortable

✗ 1. bathroom. water yrllowish indicate servicing required. 2. parquet floor at doorway need replacement 3. noise insulation from plumbing 4. door slamming 5. repair on bedside light 6. consider reusable instead of disposable tea spoons

Pleasant stay

✓ Nice big room.

✗ Due to it being an old property it needs to be maintained and that was not the case. The furniture is very old and require a new interior changes. The apartment needs a good clean up and there was no housekeeping unless you tell them. Need to have a serious clean up and maintenance.
