
The Residence has an outdoor swimming pool and Spa, set a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Located in Cagnes-Sur-Mer it offers a variety of apartments and free Wi-Fi at reception.




✓ Fantastic facilities, pool is excellent. Our apartment had two full bedrooms plus an extra cabin (box room) with a bunk bed which happily slept the entire group. Apartment was spacious and for the price we paid easily met our standards.
✗ Cleanliness is unfortunately a bit of an issue. There was pet hair all over the floor, the coffee table which had some rust at the bottom left a mark when it was moved. Ants also managed to get into our cupboards within the first night which suggests that they had already been a bit of a problem there.

✗ That the kleening ladies was still going on and it took us forever to go in the lifts.
✓ The location was close to the airport. There was balcony and a pool. The room in itself was good but the service is plain horrible
✗ Everything else was just plain horrible. The AC was not working. They took our keys to repair the AC and said they will leave the keys in a safe box and give us the code. Neither did they repair the AC nor did they let us know where our keys are. We had to rush back to the hotel because the reception closes at 8 PM and had to collect our keys personally. They did not answer our phone calls. They did not provide basic amenities such as toilet paper and dish soap. We were expected to purchase it for our 3 day stay while it is mentioned in their facilities.
✓ The location was good
✗ We had a terrible experience. The three rooms we received were filthy, cigarette buds all over the balcony, dirty underwear of the previous guests under the pillow on the sofa. The air conditioning didn’t work for two nights and the rest of our stay the air conditioning was poor. The hotel staff were not nice. We were told that we received the inferior rooms since we made the reservation via Booking.com. A big dislike 👎🏼
✓ Location was great. Staff were lovely
✗ Unfortunately the room had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The room was supposed to be non smoking, however there was smoking ash in the rubbish bin. There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom
✓ Apartment is very spacious, has 2 balconies, excellent pool, all necessary amenities, perfect location, not far from the airport
✗ A bit of floors cleaning would be needed
