A cozy and warm stay

✓ Alessia & Danielle are both very nice! The room is cute and clean, I love the vintage style. Air conditioner works well. The food & drinks they offer for guests are quiet helpful for late sleepers & early travelers like me. Because it's cozy, I don't really want to leave my room, actually.

✗ No desk in my room, which is difficult for me to write my paper lol. The floor could be very slippery sometimes, need to be careful. (could be better if there's a rug

✓ I couldn’t say enough good things about my stay. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could need. It was also perfectly located- a quick walk everywhere I needed to go but also in a quieter part of the city.

I will come back again definitely.

✓ It’s a different hotel setup. Old fashion yet really nice. It has everything required for a hotel stay. Manager Daniel was kind and helpful.

✓ I had a great room but the bathroom was very small . There is tea, coffee and croissants / biscuits available 24/7. Alessia and Daniel are superb and nothing was too much trouble for them . They are so helpful and kind. Location excellent

✗ Small bathroom Not the property’s fault but that booking.com mislead us by saying breakfast was included in the price. Tea and coffee available but the rest was long-lasting food eg biscuits and packeted croissants with very limited fresh food and water

A Tuscan dream!

✓ Alessia and Daniel were the most beautiful hosts at this beautiful accomodation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others visiting Florence. There are only a few rooms so it doesn’t feel like a big hotel but you are treated like a hotel guest! The rooms are stunningly decorated in Tuscan style. It is in a perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and round the corner from the academy gallery. The hosts provided restaurant recommendations and activity recommendations. There is always fresh biscuits and cakes outside, and beautiful teas. There is a kettle and an espresso machine in the room.

Very enjoyable stay at this small boutique hotel with a convenient location.

✓ The location was quite convenient to the old city. There were a few very good restaurants that the hosts recommended. I especially liked that there were juices and small snacks available. The beds were quite comfortable and the small communal area was a lovely place to sit and read or enjoy a snack. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and could be reached by messaging but be advised, there is not 24/7 staffing at this hotel. It is indicated in the listing and was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.

✗ There is an Irish pub across the street that could be quite loud at night. Unable to leave the windows open but when closed the windows did provide good sound deadening. We had ear plugs which blocked the rest of the sound.

✓ I can't recommend this place enough. The hosts are very helpful and communicative with regards to check-in instructions, and gave me lots of recommendations for Florence. The location is very convenient as it's about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a short walk to all the main sights. My room was clean and spacious with a little balcony. There is a communal area where complimentary drinks and snacks are available 24/7. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely return if I go back to Florence.

✓ Everything about this place was lovely! Alessia, the manager, was super helpful and always available on whatsapp. She gave me the best itinerary for exploring the city as a solo traveler and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend it!
