Comfortable and a great location
✓ The suite was clean and tidy, quite basic but comfortable and the location was fabulous - only 1 block from the Hotel de Ville and tram lines.
✗ No air conditioning - but a fan was supplied which helped with the unusual heat during our stay.

Comfortable, clean, and great location
✓ The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good size and really useful having the kitchenette area as we were staying for 7 nights. It was great to have a fan provided in the room as it was hot weather. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of areas with bars and restaurants and also the stadium. The city is very walkable in general. I would recommend Residhotel to others.

Excellent hotel in centre of Saint Etienne
✓ Excellent location in central Saint Etienne. The ResidHotel offers good basic hotel accommodation and an excellent break fast (EUR 11). The rooms have twin beds with a small kitchen area including fridge, microwave and hob. All En-suite.
✗ The breakfast room was small and functional, however the choice of foods was good.

✗ The worst hotel I've ever been in. Rather stay in a portaloo Booked a twin 5 months ago (and made to pay 5 months ago), was given a small double for 2 grown men. The whole corridor smelt of marijuana and the vinyl floor was all sticky. Didn't even unpack, left and found another hotel.

✗ The room the whole entire hotel is not true to the photos. Booked a room with twin beds and got a room with a double bed. The shower was blocked it was a disaster
