One of the best Gasthaus I’ve stayed in! It’s a must do!
✓ The hostesses of this hotel are excellent! Breakfast was good and the little packs of gummy bears on the blankets were great! I’ll be back!!

Good little guesthouse in beautiful location.
✓ Clean, big enough room. Good typical German breakfast. And easy to reach town center. Oberammergau is beautiful little town.
✗ Privacy on ground level room was bad. As it was a ground level room, lots of people were walking and passing, with direct view inside. I was at one point changing my clothes, and two days I was staying inside for a couple of hours because of weather, so I didn't want to keep the curtains closed. This problem could have been easily corrected with specific covers.

It was a nice, quiet and comfortable stay.
✓ The breakfast is awesome. All organic, all local, mostly home made.
✗ The fridge was not working. There were no ‘Do Not Disturb / Clean My Room’ tags to put on the door. Though they have cleaned the room everyday.

✓ Truly nice, clean, comfortable and charming hotel. Breakfast with very high quality products, all organic or local. Very good service. I would definitely go back there if I need to go back to Oberammergau.

Friend vacation
✓ Room was spacious and looked out on our car. That made it easier to load and unload. Breakfast was great. Kofel was right out the door.
✗ Wish we could have scheduled some services at the spa. A little farther walking to shopping than I would like but doable.
