✓ the views are incredible. the sauna and pool were great after a long hike.

✓ I didn’t have a place to stay that night because my landlord didn’t leave the keys for me it was late so Booking.com let me reserve here. it was late. And when I called the person who answered told me he was asleep, he said it wasn’t his problem and hanged the phone letting me on the street. Why on earth would they let me book them? bad Review.

✓ Breakfast is very varied and good. Free lunch meals always have a soup of some sort, just what you need in the middle of a winter day. We've had great views from balconies on the Obersdorf, which has allowed us to have a nice look on NY fireshow Housekeeping is fast and thorough.

✗ Two nights the heater was off in the middle of the night. Both times it was so cold it woke me up. After first night I told hotel staff about it, a repairman came that same day but wasn't able to fix the issue - I got another turned off heater the next night. As as result I got sick. Also it would be way more comfortable to have opportunity to have evening meals here, as going to Obersdorf takes like 20 minutes walk.

✗ The breakfast was provided far too late. While breakfast was included in the cost, I couldn't partake because it wasn't served early enough. At minimum, some food should be available by 630am!
