Lovely hotel, decent rooms, good service and smiling staff!
✓ Lovely welcome at Reception, and incredibly helpful advice. No parking in front of the hotel but free parking across the road. Room was on the back, overlooking the mountain. We'll definitely choose one on the front with a balcony the next time. Booked a table for us at the nearest restaurant which they recommended (which was great - thank you!). Slept well and had a decent breakfast - lots of choice on offer and very friendly staff.

✓ The room was all wood and very well kept. Everything was clean. The hotel staff were amazing. The location is excellent. I would go back there next time I visit Aosta valley

✓ The breakfast was rich and tasty with lot of choices. The breakfast room stuff are very nice especially Valentina . Location is nice very close to the promenade and pedestrian area where all restaurants located and big free parking just opposite the hotel. The hotel itself has only few parking spots so free parking is a bonus. The air condition is good and worked properly.
✗ The pictures of the hotel on the booking look much better then in reality: the lobby an rooms pretty old and needs renovation. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken in the one of the rooms ( we had 2) and magnifier mirror can not be adjusted as well. I have to say they provides me with a regular hair dryer upon request. Also there are four weather bottles in the mini bar but no indication about the prices and you can think it is complimentary , but later we are told it is for charge, not a big problem but should be indicated well

the rate of the apartments is designed only without breakfast to offer maximum freedom, but this facility can be purchased on site. We do not have a restaurant so we do not offer half board or full board. Thanks for contacting us
