✗ Staff weren’t very transparent about the extra fees. We were told that there is a in house laundry service & that we can simply dial the launders to collect our washing. Not once was a fee mentioned. Anyways after we did the washing we found out there was a fee so I asked the reception for the fee but we were told they didn’t have any record of our washing, So we only did it that one time & never used it again. Come to time of check out, somehow they had a record of it & our 3 very small bags of washing ended up costing $350 AUD lol. Unsure if they travelled to a spring to use natural water & organic soap but the price was ridiculous.

Airport bus have not been restored so far after being suspended due to COVID-19. So we would like to recommend below 2 ways to get our hotel. You have to take the airport metro or a taxi.

You have to take the subway or a taxi from Seoul Station to the hotel. And our hotel doesn't have a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel from the beginning. Best regards.
