Great location in Osaka !
✓ Location was great, walking distance to Dotombori but still quiet enough at night.
✗ I have stayed at cleaner hotels at a similar price range in Japan. Not that the hotel was dirty but some features of the room like the carper were slightly dated.

Heart of the entertainment district.
✓ The room and bed were spacious and comfy. Nice deep bath to soak in. The area was buzzing with a lot to see and do. The earlier check in (by comparison) and later check out were also useful.
✗ Not many amenities in the room compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Japan. Location was a little hard to find. (There was a sign down a small road, then it was down an alley on the road).
