✓ Location was great close to the train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

✓ Great location, within walking distance of the old town. New furniture, comfortable mattress and pillows, nice bathroom. Breakfasts are paid separately, quite good for the price of 10 euros per person. The hotel is located right next to the metro station Opernhaus, very convenient to get from the airport or train station.

✗ The standart double-room is quite small - if there are two guests, it can be cramped. There is no kettle in the room. The biggest problem is the poor soundproofing and loudly slamming front doors of neighboring rooms. My room faced the street, it was noisy from cars.

✗ Since they have this “no checkout” policy, their staff need to check if the room is already empty. Someone opened the door of my room around 9:00 to check but I am still inside. Its quite scary and very disrespectful when they do that.

Fantastic apart from the shower.

✓ The location was great. The room was great. The lift worked. It was nice and quiet. The room was clean and well organised. The bed was comfortable.

✗ The only thing is the shower didn’t stay in its socket and sprayed upwards. I had to hold the nozzle. Otherwise, all good.

Overall a very good experience.

✓ It was great to be able to check in by code as my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 1.30am.

for a short stay was better than i was expecting - and will definately consider staying again

✓ room very good , plenty of facilities for a hotel room - ideal for stay in city centre - also approx 10 minutes from main railway station & city centre - staff very polite & helpful

✗ breakfast rate could be a little less expensive as lots of small cafes are with short walking distance

Easy self check out and no key requirements

✓ The electronic lock with the numpad was very convenient, the self checkout was easy and fast.

✗ My room was on the first floor overlooking the street, I felt unsafe we there was no railing or anything to prevent anyone from entering if they wanted
