It was perfect for us,,

✓ Didn't bother with breakfast, location was excellent, close to beach , yet close to shopping/sightseeing bus departure , friendly bar next door for the nightcap!!! Staff very helpful and cheery..

✗ Don't know really,,it's value for money as is,, Lifts are a bit cramped..i

great hotel and staff- recommended 100%

✓ The check in was really good and the team at the reception was very helpful. i arrived quite late and it was very smooth. the location is very close to the beach ( 3 steps from las canteras walk) and with small shops around and a couple of nice restaurants i upgraded to the family room that has a living room, small kitchen area ( fridge and kitchen amenities) and a HUGE well furnished balcony. really lovely

✗ wish they offered a bottle of water at arrival. the beds were comfortable but the sofa and pillows could use a refurnish

✓ I used to stay there many time but I think that was the last time, I was in a room without view to the street so that the building have rooms without views to the outside, but sometime too many rooms with some noices in the weekend of the visitors. Nevertheless, its a good place to go to the beach, and walk to seasides for long walks.

I am looking to book for 3 adults and 1 child (age 17) but require a bath tub for my son. Do you have both a bath tub and a shower? I would like both please. Do I need 2 rooms? What is the best way to travel from the airport at about 9:30pm? Are taxis cheap or public transport

The child from 12 years old would count as an adult, you must hire 2 standard rooms. All our rooms only have a shower tray. Taxi from the airport around 35 euros and bus number 60 4 minutes walk to the hotel. It would be about €3/person.

Hello Can a family room accommodate 2 adults and two teenagers please? I am right that the family room is composed of a bedroom and a living room?

Good morning, two adults and two children up to 12 years old or 3 adults are allowed. The bedroom is open to the living room, although in another area, but there is no wall separation. Any questions, we will be happy to solve it.
