Pleasant

✓ Near pantai puteri - beautiful public beach. Beautiful surroundings and ancillary facilities. Good breakfast. Regular free shuttles running to RWMF during that weekend.

✗ Room was too tiny with an awkward layout. Dim lighting. Water was brownish sometimes. Not enough privacy with the curtains.

It was a nice quiet weekend with nature.

✓ Unique. Nice view of the sunset. The food was really good. Provided shuttle service to the Rainforest music festival which was a big +. Beds we’re comfortable. A cliff walk down to a beach.

✗ Maintenance needs some work. Rooms are small. No walking space.

✗ im not really like the check out hour because its still too early for check out. at least check out on 12 not 11am. And if you want to extend hour you have to pay RM80 per hour. Its too much actually.

✓ The breakfast is good. View is nice but the steps down to beach is a little tiring. Facilities are good with free washing and drying of clothes including free use of sauna, library and gym.

✗ My family came and was told to pay RM80 for each person if they want to use the beach. We were disappointed of the high price. Even Permai welcomes visitors with Day Pass at RM10 only for 1 adult. We ended up not using your beach even we stayed for 3D2N. The toilet in the room was behind the bed. We need to climb over with our dirty feets to use the toilet which is very inconvenient.
