Trulli amazing resort

✓ It was Trulli an escape, we loved our rooms, the staff, the restaurant was the best dinner we had in Puglia. Cisternino is a less touristy town and every bit as wonderful as the others. Highly recommend staying during your Puglia visit.

Beautiful property, excellent service, excellent food and wine.

✓ I thought the breakfast selections were very good. I think the coffee service could be improved by serving brewed coffee along with espresso/cappucinos. The waiter could only make one espresso at a time and was therefore rather slow.

✗ there were no gluten free breakfast pastries or bread.

Ultimate trullo experience

✓ Beautifully refurbished and well managed, Borgo Canonica was a great trullo experience. Our room had an impeccable garden. Despite the rain, it was so nice to stay in the area and this hotel. To add to it, the staff was very pleasant.
