✗ They do not provide instant laundry (you have to wait until tomorrow's evening). The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom can be improved (a lot of dust in the room and some stain in the toilet)

✗ Once I checked in.. I booked for d massage inside the room. I waited till 10 pm... There's no sign. I went down to check .. theres a miscommunication between staff at the lobby and the.spa.... feels quite disappointed cos I'm having a headache and I need a massage
