✗ Rooms are a bit small but bed is comfy

Overall, great, centrally located hotel. Perfect for a short visit or first time visitor to Granada.

✓ Location, couldn’t be better. Great, helpful and professional staff

✗ My room had a perfect view onto the square but that brings extra noise so if you like to sleep better, request room ( if it’s available ) on the opposite side. Probably it won’t help much as it is busy centre. Walls are also thin so for a weak sleeper that can be a problem.

Excellent location for all the sights in Granada. Comfortable.

✓ The location was excellent. Easy walk to the interesting parts of the city, restaurants etc. Access by car was difficult as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area. To be expected given the location. Parking garage was only a 5 min walk away. Laundrette was close by too for much needed laundry stop!

✗ There was a kettle, coffee & tea which was great but no UHT milk!! The doors don’t have an extra lock like other hotels. I did not feel entirely secure.

Great value for money and great location.

✓ Great location and great value for money. The penthouse apartment has a bedroom with double bed + single bed in the living room, behind the sofa + a separate kitchen, partially equipped. Was also pleasantly quiet, aside from occasional sound of neighbors door.

✗ Not super clean - especially the kitchen and drawers. And, the aircon was not the easiest to regulate (old).

✗ The hotel is smoke- prohibited. But someone smokes in the midnight and smells got into my room. I feel bad about that

✓ Room and bed, very comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices.and very reasonable. Extra consideratión for an older person. I STAY HERE VERY OFTEN.
