I found this place by accident because another place I go to was booked but I am glad I found it as it was so much nicer

✓ I stayed here recently in July and appreciated having good air conditioning. Places say they have them but barely work, not the case here. As a result I slept very well. It’s more like a little apartment with a little kitchen, sofa, TV, etc. The apartment was very clean & modern and parking available for the guest.

✗ There was body wash but bring shampoo & conditioner. This was no problem for me as I usually bring it with me!

Overall the stay was ok 8 out of 10. Good value for us.

✓ I liked that it was very well organised with self checkin. Code at the gate, pin for entering the house. Although we did not get to use it because of the weather, we liked the pool. The rooms were good, clean. The house was nice. It looks like in the pictures. It is a good stay. We only slept 2 nights.

✗ Overall the stay was ok 8 out of 10. Good value for us. The walls are very very thin, you can hear other people breathe.. Can't go to toilet without everyone hearing you. Also, the sofa bed did not have a cover/duvee, mesaged the host, but they did not reply. There was a huge ant invasion at the door, but I guess the host could not have known. It was ok. Although because of the location, you can expect quite a few bugs entering the house (mosquitos, ants, grasshopers, other plant bugs). Also dead ants in the pool.

✓ We just stopped there because we wanted to see cinque terre. Its very calm and peacefull location. You have to visit the city centre when you’re there. 20/30mins by foot or by car. The room did not look that fresh to me. Kind of empty but they will get there to make it more warm like italian style. The hostess was very polite and sweet and explained a lot. The breakfast was good and fresh.

✗ The cost for the stay of a dog is too much. Maybe a little corner for dogs to chill or little plastic pool to cool off would be nice.
