A hotel with friendly lovely staff and centrally located.
✓ Met beautiful Alexia (unsure of the correct spelling) at reception when checked in. She was super friendly and welcoming, what a total change of experience from the previous hotel in Sestriere. Room was great but a bit warm even at 1500 m altitude (blame the warm weather rather) The hotel interior design reminds me of Hotel Bayview Beach Resort in Penang, Malaysia, just without the sea and pools but the mountains ;-) Breakfast was varied, had a table overlooking the mountains...beautiful. Happy lovely young breakfast staff, ready to help with big smile ;-) The management should be proud of the staff ;-))
✗ Marked down due to No WIFI in my room on the 6th floor. I read other reviews, seems like WIFI is a major weakness, pity. However it works well in the lobby.

✓ I Normally stay here when in Sauze. Great location and normally good value. Nice bar and great value for breakfast.
✗ Sometimes the hotel can be noisy with children running up and down the circular corridor.

✓ Staff are great especially Lukca on reception and the Bar Manager Domineco. Have stayed here loads.
