✓ - Bedroom and bathrooms were clean. - Free parking
✗ - Wifi didn't work properly. Always had to go to the common area at the other end of the building to get a decent signal. - The kitchen was a mess. Guests either didn't wash the dishes or if they did they didn't put them away. Food was lying around on every available surface. Someone had cooked during my first night and the leftovers were left in the pot on the stove for several days. - The whole place (including my bedroom) constantly smelled like food (and not in a good way unfortunately) as everyone cooked with the door open and the windows closed instead of vice versa.

OK place for moderate money
✓ The location was perfect for tourists like us. It was mostly quiet and we never got bothered by staff cleaning.
✗ Upon arrival, staff wasn't informed about our early arrival, and one of our booked rooms was not yet cleaned and empty. The rooms and kitchen/living space were ok but not up to price standard. Showers were old and unpleasant. Dishwasher would have been nice.

Exceptional
✓ The property was truly worth the money. The staff working there was the friendliest person I met in my life. He did extra to help us !!! I would highly recommend the place
✗ It was warm inside the room because of the sun facing the room during sunset!! When we open the window the mosquitoes were getting inside!!! May be the mosquito nets on the window would have been ideal but not a big problem though !!!

Disappointing
✓ The staff is friendly The room itself is clean There is a lot of places to sit outside and inside
✗ There has been a bug infestation on the ceiling inside the public area near the entrance, on my path to the bathroom :( very uncomfortable. The three fridges were smelly and full of half-eaten food despite only one family staying. You should assign shelf to each room and throw away remainders. The only other occupants got assigned to the neighboring room, so despite building being mostly empty it was noisy
