✓ Very spacious and pretty room! Perfect location, just a few minutes to the city and a few steps to the next tram and metro line. Would come back.

✗ It’s a personal preference, but I wish there was a shower rail attached in the bathtub. If you have long hair, it’s getting complicated.

✓ Comfy bed, cleanliness, nice receptionists, bathroom toiletries

✗ The room could do with an extra mirror, there was only small bathroom one

✓ Great, very spacious and would definitely recommend for the price we pay. It’s HUGE!

✗ didn’t exactly match the photos, maybe our room was not renovated, but it’s nothing major. Also… the shower… it had no glass or curtains so it would always cause a mess but if you travel to Europe that’s kind expected in most hotels

The location is perfect, there is an AC in case its too hot! The bed is also really comfortable :) definitelly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay it was unfortunate that there was a lot of road works happening right outside our window

Exceptional stay

✓ My daughters and I had a very beautiful suite with mezzanine and terrace. This hotel is well situated, 5 mn walk from Wenceslas square and 10-12 mn walk from the central train station. The building is very beautiful too. The reception is open 24h and the staff is very nice.

✗ Having the possibility to have a breakfast in this hotel would be great.

Good

✓ The staffs are very good. The location is almost good! The reception is 24/7 and when you want to come in just press reception button and when you want to leave the building they automatically see you and open and close the door which was great.

✗ I got two kind of rooms which the first one was loft and big and it had 3 air conditioners, but the small rooms have only fan! I hope this year before summer they add an air conditioner in the smaller rooms too! Also the TVs should be replaced with a new ones which has You tube and Netflix on it ( larger and which a better picture quality, like OLED curve TVs) and also they add a coffee table in front out the couch!
