Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff

✓ The rooms were huge had all the amenities one could want. The staff very accommodating especially the concierge from Paris and the lady who works at the courier desk. The gym was great and overall if I ever come back to Tokyo I feel this would be the place.

✓ Great place to relax in Tokyo area, easy access to transport and walk to shopping centres. Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.

✗ I didn't like the fact that I didn't book a longer stay, honestly it's a fantastic place and refurbished since I was last there, really has a wow factor as you walk in

✓ Other than the obvious, this place is amazing! It is near the train station and easily able to access the taxi and bus to head towards Haneda airport
