Love this hotel so much.

✓ I had all my meetings at the hotel and the staff were amazing

✗ I stayed in a room that had one light that couldn’t be turned off after loadshedding. I had to remove the keycard from the power slot so could get to sleep (it was too late to get maintenance in)

✗ Towels are not 5 star standard, some maintenance issues around the hotel, bar closed at 10pm

✗ Booking.com advertises 12 noon check-out which is why I picked this hotel - the hotel check-out time is 10:00. I had to leave and make other plans.
