✓ Good food and perfect location. Helpful staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

✗ It is perfect for a family holiday and offers a lot of activities. So, if you are looking for calm and silence... I requested a change of room since mine was just next to the show stage and it was difficult to rest and the staff solved It fast.

Pleasant stay at a very clean hotel near a stunning beach.

✓ Spotlessly clean rooms, very close to beach, good breakfast, nice reception area. Waiter in bar/reception area excellent. Breakfast staff helpful.

✗ No water provided in bedroom. Staff overstretched at reception, long waits for service at reception. Staff behind bar not very friendly. Not enough towels in room for three people, long delay in getting an extra towel from reception.

✓ As a single parent travelling to H10 Cambrils Playa I was confident we would have a great time, this our second time staying here although be it 4 years apart! Excellent, smiley, friendly staff. The animation team Oscar & Ali are fantastic, they really made an effort with Olivia even if it was slightly out of season. The reception staff are really helpful and again really make an effort with children. Great location, a stones throw from the beach. Great sized pool, if not a little cold however it didn't stop my 6 year old spending lots of time in it :) The pool towel service is great, fresh pool towels everyday. Lots of choice on the Full board buffet. The icecream station was a favourite of Olivias :) One lady in the restaurant particularly was lovely (not sure of her name) she would patiently wait for our room number as Olivia would try and remember it in Spanish. Thank you to everyone at H10 Cambrils Playa.... Happy Memories made :)

✗ The rooms are exactly as I remember from our last stay 4 years ago. Maybe a little tired, could do with a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise very comfortable and cleaned daily. The TV was a little temperamental, but we didn't use it much. The bathroom light after 10 mins turned into a bit of a disco, we did report it but it remained the same. Made for an interesting shower :)

✓ it’s a lovely hotel , the food was delicious and the staff were just fantastic, and very clean ,on arrival one of our group lost his phone and Mark on reception phoned the bus company and spoke on behalf of us and the bus driver brought back the phone to the hotel ..we paid for late check out as our flight was later in the evening which was an extra 30 euro .. and to get an iron it’s 10 euro deposit but u get it back once the iron is return to the desk ..the bus from Reus airport is only 3.80€ per person and stops right outside the hotel ,just say it to the bus driver where ur hotel is and he will let u off there , we got a taxi back to the airport which cost 36€.. but u can get a bus if u time it properly..the buses to Reus airport come every 40 mins or so.. we all enjoyed it even the 2 young people in our group loved it ..it’s nice a quiet for the people that like quiet yet a bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the salou strip ..

✗ everything was great .. u get bracelets when u arrive so whichever u decide on u either use ur debit card to pay for drinks or top up the bracelet with cash at reception.. only thing is if ur half board which i highly recommend.. u must pay for drinks at dinner .. but drinks are included in breakfast ( juice water tea and coffee ) .. also it’s a bit away from salou but it’s only 2euro on the bus to go there.. or it’s a 4km walk if u want a stroll ..
