✓ Spacious and clean apartment with comfy beds and good wifi. Parking next the door
✗ Kitchen equipment can be better. No dish soap, sponge or dishtowel. Only 1 toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights! And nobody at reception desk during the opening hours. Walls are made with paper i think, you can hear EVERYTHING, on 12PM or 6AM...

✓ The room was very clean upon arrival and the air conditioning worked quite well.
✗ The lock to the main door was difficult to open, the gym was never open and you could hear the residents’ conversations from the room above us.

✗ I don’t understand why they left only 1 toilet paper roll and when was asked for more it’s not possible. Staff friendly but away when it was needed.

✓ Location is perfect, terrace/balcony quite nice. Accommodation space was good.
✗ Bathroom was in terrible conditions with falling ceiling paint.
Mattresses were quite uncomfortable.
Hot-cold water mixer in the shower totally not working properly.

✗ The appartement was dirty upon arrival, ex : the floor, the kitchen utensils - see attached picture (boiler, coffee machine, pans etc). Also, the equipment was insufficient for an apartment meant for 4 people, ex: only 2 knifes, 1 roll of toilet paper, no dish washing soap.
Additionally, there were broken things ex: the door knob, the door frame leading to the dormitories, dysfunctional shower (water temperature regulation). The fitness was hardly usable ex: it was filthy, it stunk, there was garbage spread everywhere, the machines didn’t work and those that did were also filthy.
On top of that, when reaching out to the reception there was no interest nor willingness to help us.
Therefore as frequent travelers and booking.com bookers we expect a refund, specially considering the price for what we got.
